Rebuild Jamaica After Hurricane Melissa
Families Across the Island Lost Homes, Schools, and Livelihoods
Right now, families are sleeping in damaged homes, children need clean water, and communities are struggling to rebuild. If your family needs urgent relief, request help now so we can reach you faster.
Your donation today becomes a roof over someone's head tomorrow. Every dollar goes directly to families who need it most. When you donate to Jamaica hurricane relief, you keep clean water, roofing materials, and safe shelter flowing to every parish.
From Jamaica, For Jamaica
I'm Akiem Lawson, born and raised in Jamaica.
Today I live in the U.S., but my heart has never left home. When Hurricane Melissa struck, it wasn't just the headlines—it was my people, my childhood neighborhoods, and my island that were hit. MelissaReliefFund.com was launched to send fast, transparent, and long-term help to the communities most impacted—across St. James, Hanover, Westmoreland, Clarendon, and beyond.
We help families across all 14 parishes: Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester, St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James, Trelawny, St. Ann, St. Mary, Portland, and St. Thomas. We provide emergency aid in major cities including Kingston, Montego Bay, Spanish Town, Mandeville, Ocho Rios, and Negril. Make a donation to support Jamaica hurricane relief across all parishes.
“Right now, my people are suffering. Children are drinking unsafe water. Families are sleeping in damaged homes. We can't wait for big organizations. We need help NOW.”
